Positive Mental Health awareness evening in Association with Cara will take place, tomorrow May 7th at the Lough Allen Hotel Drumshanbo at 8pm. The aim is to create awareness of the range of Mental Health services available in the area and highlighting measures that can be taken to encourage positive mental health. Guest speakers for this occasion will include Dr Sutha Murthy Consultant psychiatrist for Leitrim. Patricia Hannon , Psychologist & Bereavement councillor. Denis OBrien, Director of Mental Health services Sligo/Leitrim and Mark Harte brother off the late Michaela McAlreavy. Local singer /songwriter Charlie McGettigan is MC for the night. Everyone is invited along to what should be an interesting and informative evening. Refreshments will be served afterwards and you can get an opportunity to meet the speakers 12:30 pm
