
Siobhan Ashmore, originally from Ballinamore, travelled back from Antigua to complete the Marathon in aid of STOP.
THE REFUSAL of the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) to become involved in the provision of “suicide first aid” in the workplace has been criticised by campaigners who have called for “a more enlightened approach”.
On 23rd January, Young Fine Gael hosted a policy seminar/think-tank on the issue of youth suicide. The meeting was held in Ballaghadereen, Co. Roscommon and was very well attended drawing support from many branches right across the country.
